Edinburgh as a festival city has a wide variety of rates for each area of accommodation, August for example with the Festival, Fringe and Tattoo can mean prices are higher than the rest of the year.

We can offer a wide variety of alternatives for you. We have inspected all the properties to make sure that they offer a standard suitable to there rating and therefore we meet your requirements.
It is always better to book early for Edinburgh. Events are often organised and can make accommodation difficult to find.

Royal Terrace Hotel

Jurys Edinburgh
Jurys Inn Edinburgh is ideally located in the heart of Edinburgh just off the Royal Mile, with the internationally famous Edinburgh Castle and a host of other tourist attractions within short walking distance, not to mention, great shopping, theatres, art, museums, galleries and nightlife.
This hotel is a modern and part of the well established Jurys Doyle chain.
Apex International

Outwith City Centre

Kings Manor
Conveniently situated three miles east of city centre the hotel has two restaurants, two bars, extensive leisure facilities including 20 metre pool, sauna, steam, gymnasium, beautician and hairdresser. Most bedrooms have lift access.
Although slightly out of the city centre this Hotel has easy access to all the nightlife and will provide a great base for a great Edinburgh experience or Golf tour.
City Centre Lodge
Examples of the City Centre lodges include the Travel Inn, Travelodge and Premier Lodge.
These are standard Hotels with ensuite rooms. They are basic Hotels but often have bars and restaurants in.
They are very central in Edinburgh and will provide a great base for many occasions and we can build many attractions / activities around these standard Hotels.
These are lower cost options for accommodation.
B&B Edinburgh
We can offer a variety of Bed and Breakfast options but these are rarely in the centre of Edinburgh.
They offer a low cost alternative to city centre accommodation.
Short Term Let Apartments
As a new alternative to standard Hotels these apartments are mid priced but offer all the conveniences of home.
They can be used for all occasions and provide superb freedom and facilities to explore Edinburgh.
